parkfarm We are a long-established general practice local to the north-west sector of Derby and its surroundings. We provide health care to the local community from two practice buildings.

The Park Farm Medical Centre is a purpose built modern facility constructed in 1994 with lift and ramp access, and situated on the edge of the Park Farm shopping Centre in Allestree.

Adjacent to the Park Farm shopping centre patients may park their cars in the shopping centre car parks.

Our branch surgery, The Vernon Street Surgery, is at 10 Vernon Street, Derby. This is a refurbished Georgian building located in a conservation area near Friargate.

vs_(1) We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
